Kirikia Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of kirikia. We've written them in plain language so you actually understand what you're agreeing to — no legal maze, no deliberate confusion. Read through before you register, and reach out to kirikia support if anything isn't clear.

One Account Per Person

Each player may hold only one kirikia account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances forfeited. Use your real name and accurate details when registering — kirikia verifies identity before processing withdrawals.

You Must Be 18 or Older

Kirikia is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. We verify age during the KYC process. If we find that a minor has accessed kirikia, the account will be closed immediately and all funds returned to the depositing payment method.

Bonuses Have Wagering Requirements

All bonuses on kirikia come with wagering requirements that must be met before withdrawal. The specific requirements are stated in each bonus offer. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting requirements will result in the bonus being voided.

Withdrawals Require Verification

Fair Play is Mandatory

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using kirikia in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and kirikia. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use kirikia.

02 Eligibility

To use kirikia, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

  • You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
  • You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
  • You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a kirikia employee.
  • You must not be self-excluded from kirikia or any other gambling platform under an active self-exclusion agreement.

Kirikia verifies eligibility during the KYC process. If it is found that a player does not meet these requirements at any point, kirikia reserves the right to close the account and return deposits made using real money, minus any winnings generated during the ineligible period.

03 Account Registration

Each individual may register only one account on kirikia. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Kirikia uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts and will close them without notice.

When registering on kirikia, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Kirikia will never ask for your password via email or live chat.

  • Use a strong, unique password for your kirikia account and do not share it with anyone.
  • Notify kirikia immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
  • Kirikia is not liable for losses resulting from you sharing your login credentials with a third party.
  • You must update your account details promptly if any information changes.
  • Kirikia may request identity verification documents at any time to confirm account ownership.

KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal on kirikia. Accepted documents include a national ID card, passport, or driving licence alongside proof of your payment method.

04 Deposits and Payments

Kirikia accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through a range of local payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other supported mobile banking services. All deposits are processed in real time and credited to your kirikia account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Kirikia does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — kirikia has no control over these. You are responsible for checking your payment provider's fee structure before depositing.

  • Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit on kirikia.
  • All funds deposited on kirikia must come from a payment method registered in your own name.
  • Kirikia does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.
  • Deposits made using credit facilities or borrowed funds are strongly discouraged by kirikia.
  • Kirikia reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.

If a deposit fails to appear in your kirikia account within 30 minutes of the transaction being confirmed by your payment provider, contact kirikia support with your transaction reference number and we will investigate promptly.

05 Withdrawals

Kirikia processes withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval for verified accounts. Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification by submitting a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of your registered payment method. Kirikia will not process withdrawals to unverified accounts.

  • Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on kirikia, where possible.
  • Kirikia does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name.
  • Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in your kirikia account at the time of request.
  • Kirikia may request additional verification documents for large withdrawal amounts as part of our anti-money laundering obligations.
  • Bonus funds must meet all applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn from kirikia.
  • Kirikia reserves the right to delay a withdrawal if there is an ongoing investigation into the account.

Kirikia does not charge withdrawal fees. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, but kirikia's internal processing target is within 24 hours of a verified withdrawal request.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

Kirikia offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant offer, in addition to these general terms. Where there is a conflict between a specific bonus offer's terms and these general terms, the specific offer terms take precedence.

All bonuses on kirikia are subject to wagering requirements. This means you must wager the bonus amount — and in some cases the deposit amount — a specified number of times before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated in the offer details on kirikia.

  • Bonuses are credited to your kirikia account automatically upon meeting the qualifying conditions stated in the offer.
  • Each kirikia bonus offer is available once per player, per household, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
  • Kirikia reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
  • Attempting to abuse bonus offers — including through multiple accounts or coordinated play — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds.
  • Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within the timeframe stated in the offer.
  • Kirikia may set game contribution rates for wagering requirements — not all games contribute equally to clearing a bonus.

07 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

Kirikia is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. Any conduct that undermines the integrity of games or the platform is strictly prohibited. Kirikia monitors all accounts and game activity for signs of irregular or prohibited behaviour.

The following conduct is prohibited on kirikia and will result in immediate account suspension:

  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to place bets or interact with kirikia games without manual input.
  • Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in kirikia's platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a bug are not valid and will be voided.
  • Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes on kirikia, including in live dealer games.
  • Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through kirikia.
  • Providing false information during registration or KYC verification on kirikia.
  • Attempting to access another player's kirikia account without authorisation.
  • Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward kirikia staff or other players.

Kirikia cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Any evidence of criminal activity identified through our monitoring systems will be reported to the relevant authorities.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

Kirikia reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in violation of these terms, applicable law, or our licensing conditions.

  • If your kirikia account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.
  • Real money balances in a closed account will be returned to the player's verified payment method, minus any amounts subject to investigation.
  • Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting kirikia support.
  • Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant by kirikia. Dormant account fees may apply as stated in the relevant policy.
  • If you wish to reopen a closed kirikia account, contact support — reinstatement is at kirikia's discretion.

09 Responsible Gaming

10 Intellectual Property

All content on kirikia — including but not limited to the kirikia logo, game graphics, software, text, design elements, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of kirikia or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any kirikia content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use kirikia for personal entertainment purposes only.
  • This licence does not include the right to scrape, copy, or redistribute any kirikia content.
  • Game software on kirikia is licensed from third-party providers and is subject to those providers' intellectual property rights.

11 Limitation of Liability

Kirikia is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions outside our reasonable control.

13 Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kirikia is licensed. Any disputes arising from your use of kirikia that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process will be referred to the relevant regulatory authority or an independent dispute resolution body as specified in our licensing conditions.
